Official Tour Credential

To help tour hosts identify you as part of the Official Oklahoma State Fan Travel Sugar Bowl Tour, we ask that you wear your official tour identification credential (name badge) for all Tour related events and motorcoach transfers. Your Tour credentials will be distributed at the Hospitality Desk and are required for the Cowboy Corral Pregame Tailgate and transfers.

In advance of game day, the hospitality desk at the New Orleans Marriott is located in the Board Room, past the lobby bar in the main lobby of the hotel. Feel free to stop by before game day to pick up your official tour credential and souvenir pin.

The Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be open in the Board Room on the main floor of the Marriott. Please stop by to pick up your credential name badge and souvenir pin.

 

2:45 pm

Please meet in the lobby of the Marriott to board transportation for the Cowboy Corral Pregame Tailgate.

 

3:15 pm

Transportation departs for the Cowboy Corral Pregame Tailgate at the Smoothie King Center. Motorcoaches will “load and go” from the Canal Street entrance.

 

4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Cowboy Corral Pregame Tailgate! The Cowboy Corral will take place on the 100 Level Concourse of the Smoothie King Center, adjacent to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

The event includes an all you can eat tailgate buffet of regional fare, unlimited soda, beer, and wine, entertainment, OSU Cowboy Special Guest appearances, and more!

Following the Game

Motorcoaches depart for return to the Marriott. Please look for the Oklahoma State Fan Travel and OSU Alumni Association signs directing you to your designated motorcoach in Lot 3A. Motorcoaches will “load and go” after the game, and you may not be on the same coach you took to the stadium. Please do not leave items on the motorcoach during the game!
