Official Tour Credential

To help tour hosts identify you as part of the OK State Fan Travel group, we ask that you wear your official tour identification credential (name badge) for all tour related. Your tour credentials will be distributed in Pittsburgh at the Tour Hospitality Desk at the hotel. Tour credentials are required for the Welcome Reception and Pregame Happy Hour.

 Hospitality Desk is located in the hotel’s main lobby, across from the Concierge.

Please note on-site staff will be available for questions and credential & souvenir pick-up at the Welcome Reception and Pregame Happy Hour, if you happen to miss the above hospitality desk hours. 
Tour Itinerary/Information
Friday, September 15

12:00 pm – 4:30 pm

 OK State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the main lobby of the hotel, across from Concierge. Please plan to stop by at some point during your stay to pick up your tour credential and souvenir.

3:00 pm

 Posted Hotel check-in time. If you arrive prior to the hotel check-in time, your room may not be ready. You may, however, check your bags with the bell staff until your room becomes available.

5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

 Welcome Reception will take place at the Speakeasy, located on the under the main lobby on the William Penn level, accessible via the stairs or elevators.
Evening  Please enjoy all downtown Pittsburgh has to offer!
Saturday, September 16

9:00 am – 11:00 am

 Pregame Happy Hour will take place in the Phipps Room on the Conference Level of the hotel. Join us pregame for some brunch-style drinks and grab-and-go snacks before heading to the big game! Please note a breakfast buffet is available prior to the Pregame Happy Hour in the Terrace Room, located off the main lobby, from 7:00 – 10:00 am.

10:00 am

 Heinz Field gates open.

11:00 am

 Advised departure time (no later than) from the hotel to Steel Plaza Station. Please see the “Getting to Heinz Field” section of the attached booklet, or you on-site host for further information on the Pittsburgh T (subway) and walking directions directions to/from Heinz Field.

12:00 pm

 Kickoff – Oklahoma State Cowboys vs. Pittsburgh Panthers

Following the Game

 Please look for OK State Fan Travel signs, directing you back to either the T, or hotel if you prefer to walk. Staff will be available to direct you. Please contact your on-site staff if you feel you lost and/or need directions after the game.
Sunday, September 17
