Arrival into Eugene Airport (EUG)

Upon arrival into Eugene Airport, you be taken via motor coach to check-in at the official tour hotel, Inn at the 5th (205 E 6th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401), an approximate 20-minute drive. Once at the hotel, you be given your official travel credentials, room keys & other tour items.

Depart hotel to walk to dinner at Carlita’s Rooftop
Friday, September 5th
8:00 am | Motor Coach Departure
Meet and load motor coaches for trip to Beaverton, Nike Headquarters, and Van Duzer Vineyards. Note that we will be away from the hotel for the entire duration of the day.
10:30 am | Beaverton Arrival
12:30 pm | Lunch & Shopping
Lunch and shopping time at the Nike Company Store
3:00 pm | Motor Coach Departure
Depart Nike World Headquarters
4:30 pm | Vineyard Arrival
Arrive at Van Duzer Vineyards

Depart Van Duzer Vineyards for Eugene
10:00 pm | Eugene Arrival

Provisions Market Hall (next door to Inn at the 5th) opens; you will receive a breakfast voucher for use.
10:00 am | Motor Coach Departure
Depart hotel for Autzen Stadium
12:30 pm | Kickoff: Oklahoma State Cowboys at Oregon Ducks

30 Minutes Postgame | Motor Coach Departure
Motor coaches will depart Autzen Stadium for the hotel approximately 30 minutes after the final whistle.

To enhance public safety and make stadium access more efficient, the University of Oregon adopted a Clear Bag Policy. Fans may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy.
