To ensure that all goes smoothly, please read the following carefully, as it will provide valuable information about your tour package, including game day information. December 30th
10:30 am – 12:30 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the Studio Foyer, located in the building to the left of the Guest House of the Andaz Scottsdale Resort. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
2:00 pm – 7:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the Studio Foyer, located in the building to the left of the Guest House of the Andaz Scottsdale Resort. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
5:30 pm – 7:30 pm | OKLAHOMA STATE FAN TRAVEL FIESTA BOWL WELCOME EVENT
Join us for a welcome reception with light hors d’oeuvres and drinks in the Trailblazers Room at The Westin Kierland, to mingle with fellow travelers and hear from a distinguished Oklahoma State panel. Please note shuttles will run between the Andaz and Westin approximately every 30 minutes. The first shuttle will leave the Andaz at 5:00 pm.
December 31st – Game Day!
11:00 am – 3:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the Studio Foyer, located in the building to the left of the Guest House of the Andaz Scottsdale Resort.
January 1st – Game Day!
7:00 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coaches depart the hotel for State Farm Stadium. Please wear your tailgate credentials.
Please meet in the South Terrace area by 6:45 am.
8:30 am – 10:30 am | OKLAHOMA STATE FAN TRAVEL VIP TAILGATE
The Oklahoma State Fan Travel VIP Tailgate will take place in the Southwest Lounge of State Farm Stadium.
Please note you will need your game ticket for admission, and we will enjoy early entrance into the stadium.
11:00 am | KICKOFF – GO POKES!

1 Hour Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
No later than one hour after the conclusion of the game, motor coaches will depart for The Westin Kierland. Exit and look for the Official Oklahoma State Fan Travel Tour signs on the way to the West Lot. A game day itinerary will be available at the Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.

This season’s PlayStation Fiesta Bowl will be mobile-ticket entry only! Please CLICK HERE for more information on mobile ticketing. Tickets need to be downloaded by December 31st.
