To ensure that all goes smoothly, please read the below carefully, as it will provide valuable information about your tour, including game day information. September 17th
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the lobby at The Grove Hotel. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm | TOUR WELCOME EVENT
Join us on the Terrace of The Grove Hotel. Enjoy an open bar and light snacks as get to know each other on tour.
The Terrace is located on the 4th Floor, and you must wear your tour credential for entrance. If you did not pick your credentials up at the hospitality desk, they will be available for pickup at the Tour Welcome Event.
7:30 pm – 9:00 pm | OSU ALUMNI ASSOCIATION EVENT
Hosted by the OSU Alumni Association, a spirited Cowboy gathering will take place at The Bar at The Grove Hotel. We will have our own section at The Bar with light snacks. Drinks are not included, but are available for purchase. Please note this is not an official tour event, but all Cowboy fans are welcome!
September 18th – Game Day!
11:00 am – 1:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the lobby at The Grove Hotel. If you haven’t already done so, please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
2:30 pm | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coaches depart The Grove Hotel for the Boise State campus. Please wear your tour and tailgate credentials. Please meet in the lobby by 2:15 pm.
3:00 pm – 7:00 pm | COWBOY CORRAL PREGAME EVENT
The Cowboy Corral Pregame Event will take place on DeChevrieux Field, inside Bronco Lane, adjacent to the southwest corner of Alberstons Stadium (Entrance A). Enjoy a BBQ buffet, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, TVs, entertainment, and plenty of Orange Power!
7:00 pm | KICKOFF – GO POKES!
Oklahoma State Cowboys at Boise State Broncos
30 Minutes Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
No later than 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game, motor coaches will depart for The Grove Hotel. Exit towards the South End Zone, and look for the Official Oklahoma State Fan Travel Tour signs and staff. Our motor coach will be located beside the yellow curb, outside of Bronco Gym. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.
September 19th
11:00 am | HOTEL CHECKOUT
Check-out of The Grove Hotel. Please settle any incidental charges you have at the front desk.

Albertstons Stadium Policies
Fans will only be allowed to bring one clear plastic or vinyl bag up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, or a purse, bag, or clutch no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage, computer bags, or any other bags larger than these guidelines will no longer be allowed.
As of August 12, Boise State University has reinstated facial covering requirements for indoor spaces and crowded outdoor spaces. This includes all spectators at Boise State home football games at Albertsons Stadium, including the Oklahoma State game.
